For over twenty-five years, Stephanie Riggs has been researching, designing, building, and sharing immersive creations around the world. A former Disney Imagineer and Refinery29/Vice Media Experiential Creative Director, she has transformed narrative, experience and immersive technology in ground-breaking projects across theatre, theme park, film, VR, AR, and experiential. From generative narratives to artificial intelligence, Stephanie passionately explores the possibilities of the future of story and technology with diverse, interdisciplinary teams.

Stephanie is the author of the acclaimed book “The End of Storytelling: The Future of Narrative in the Storyplex”, which was the #1 book on VR in Amazon and is listed in the Best Mixed Reality Books of All Time and 100 Best Selling Augmented Reality Books of All Time by BookAuthority. She earned simultaneous degrees from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama (Directing) and School of Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction), and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an Andrew Carnegie Society Scholar.
